Precautions

Contraindications

Concomitant use with guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat is contraindicated. It is also contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to tadalafil or any component of the tablet. Possible side effects

The most common side effects are generally mild to moderate and often diminish with continued use. These include headache, dyspepsia, back pain, myalgia, nasal congestion, flushing, and limb pain. Missed dose

If a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as remembered on that day. However, if it is not remembered until the next day, the missed dose should be skipped, and the regular dosing schedule resumed. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one. The continuous nature of the therapy means a single missed dose is unlikely to significantly impact overall efficacy.

Overdose
